Working Principle:
TRU-SORB 500 is added to neutral oil at 70-80°C (with moisture content less than 0.20%) after refining and before bleaching. It forms weak bonds with soaps and trace metals, and under vacuum conditions, strengthens these bonds to prevent their passage into the bleached oil, improving overall oil quality.

Application:
Dosage Guidelines:
TRU-SORB 500 is recommended for use with soap PPM levels between 500-600. The required dose for eliminating soap PPM is 2 times grams of soap PPM per ton of oil. Typical dosages range from 0.05% to 0.15% by weight.
For example, if soap PPM is 500, you would need 500 x 2 = 1000 grams (1 kg) of TRU-SORB 500 per ton of oil.
